There are several Stack Overflow questions about this but none seems definitive. USB driver for debugging on Motorola Android device

I am using Android Studio for development, but I am sure this would apply to Eclipse and other IDEs. The Android development guide (http://developer.android.com/tools/device.html) says that USB drivers are required for debugging on a device connected by USB. Currently I store the details for all my bank and online accounts in hard copy. This must be made secure and portable. Is there a website that can store this data for me? What if I don’t have Internet access when I need it?
